Bi-Yearly Reviews:

Always Mor Merchandising believes that every subcontractor should be fairly compensated for their work and skill set. As a way to demonstrate this Always Mor Merchandising will conduct quarterly reviews of each subcontractor individually. 

In these reviews Always Mor Merchandising will communicate about work completed, attitude and professionalism on job sites and adherence to the policies listed in this manual. During this time subcontractors are encouraged to provide feedback to Always Mor Merchandising.  

Review schedule is as follows:

Q1: Review period from Jan-Jun.    

Q2: Review period from July-Dec.

***Please not that there is no specific day of the month they will  be done, however they will be done as soon as possible.
