All Stars      Program

The ALL STARS  program is designed to recognize those that go above and beyond everyday. In order to qualify for the program you must meet the following minimum criteria:

1. Attendance:

• Comes to work everyday 10 minutes early to prepare for the day and is ready to work at start time

•  Come to work everyday with proper uniform, shirts tucked in

• Comes back from breaks everyday on time

2. Is a Team Player

• Does work that is asked without attitude

• Willing to help others

We will receive feedback from the leads after each project to determine the winner for that month. The person chosen will be collecting an extra $100 on their paycheck. The runner up will be put into a raffle and at the end of the quarter, 3 names will be drawn to receive a gift card.
