Payday: Tuesdays
*****Please Note that any Holidays falling on a Monday will delay payday to Wednesday that week.
Under no circumstances are Subcontractors allowed to share information about their salaries within the company, if it is found that this occurs it is grounds for automatic termination of contract.
Payment Guidelines:As a 1099 subcontractor you are in charge of your own schedule. You decide if/and when you work. Due to this there is not an option for “making up” time, you will be compensated for the time you work.
Always Mor Merchandising is required by contract to Ace Hardware to work:
Monday-Friday (hours depended on retailer availability)
10 hours a day with 2-15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch
Length of 4-6 weeks depending on contract
Based on the contract of Always Mor Merchandising and the retailer above subcontractors are compensated a weekly rate. This rate is agreed upon between each individual subcontractor and Always Mor Merchandising.
If a subcontractor by his or her own decision does not work the schedule contracted adjustments to weekly rate will be made.
Examples are shown below at Weekly pay $1000.00 for 5 days at 10 hours
1.Weekly pay $800.00 for 4 days at 10 hours
Weekly rate divided by 5 days equaling $200 per day
Work completed is 4 days so $200 x 4= $800.00
2.Weekly pay $980.00 for 4 days and 9 hours
Weekly rate divided by 5 days is $200 per day
Weekly rate divided by 50 hours is $20 per hour
Work completed is 4 days and 9 hours so $200 x 4=$800.00 and $20 x 9= $180.00
making total pay $980.00
Always Mor Merchandising does work additional hours and/or weekend days as needed only if approved by owners. When this happens there is compensation for this as in the examples below:
